We are a true custom home building company that provides essential services. As such, we can provide or aid our clients with the following: concept to plan design, construction cost budgeting, and home site/lot selection assistance. We co-ordinate & construct from literally the unimproved ground until you have a completed, solid, beautifully crafted home. We walk with our clients through the complete journey throughout the building process. Our goal is to make your dream home a reality. Somewhere during that process we usually build not only a house, but gain friends!

Eddie Lollar has been building and remodeling homes in the Polk County area since 1984, and currently builds 2 to 4 homes per year. We typically build homes in the 2000 to 6500 square foot range, but enjoy building all sizes of homes.
