All of our finished homes are totally remodeled with impressive warranties. Many of the homes have new roofs, new windows, new siding that carry extended warranties. The carpet in every one of our homes carries a ten year warranty.

We pride ourselves in doing quality work using lead safe work practices, and going the extra mile to produce a home that is nearly new and within compliance of the new EPA guidelines. Extra detail is given to every home without shortcuts taken or compromising because of costs. We work with many of the local realtors. We have remodeled over 150 homes in the Independence, and Buckner area with many satisfied and happy customers.
