On December 21, 2007, my Wife was severely injured when she was struck by a car as she was walking to Church. For two weeks after the accident, I could not get a police report, name of the person who hit her, or information on his insurance company. A friend suggested I hire a lawyer. He referred me to Mr. Cownie who specialized in accident cases. In our 57 years of marriage, we have never had to hire an attorney or be involved in the Court system. We were very nervous. I contacted Mr. Cownie, signed a contract, and from that point, he took over our case. It took all the pressure off of us with the hospital and rehab center, who were all waiting to know the accident information which we did not have.
