Welcome to 2nd Street Beads.

Welcome to 2nd Street Beads, located in the historic Frenchtowne neighborhood of St Charles, MO. Our shop is in a 100 year old brick house at 815 N 2nd Street.
We offer a full service bead shop with hands on help to answer you beading questions. Basic jewerly classes and advanced beading classes are offered by appointment. You may also check the website for a listing of upcoming classes and classes we have offered in the past year.
We offer a large selection of Czech Firepolish beads, gemstones, freshwater pearl, and Swarovski crystal. If you need metal findings, we have the area's largest selection of silver plate and gold plate. We also carry pewter, copper and sterling silver beads and findings.
Check out our seedbead section. Over 300 Delica colors, plus sizes 6/0, 8/0, 10/0, and 15/0 seedbeads.
We also have stringing materials, Fireline, nylon threads, beading wires, tools,and books, and all the things you need to get started beading.
We are open 10:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday.

Leatherett display busts in 2 sizes. Tall bust 13.5×9x6in black necklace display. Medium size 10×9x6in necklace display. A classic design in black to beautifully display your jewerly designs.
Mannequin display of coiled paper twine in natural and black are lightweight and sturdy.

Sat. Oct.2nd: "Flat Herringbone Ribbon Bracelet"
This bracelet is a great way to learn herringbone stitch and a wonderful piece of jewerly when it's finished.
Sat. Oct. 16th: "Crystal Cube Bracelet"
This stunnig bracelet is a modified right-angle weave. Each cube is a beaded bead and is attached as the bracelet is woven.

Back by popular demand. This is a beautiful bracelet, fast and easy to make. You may use crystals for super sparkel or use Firepolish for a more economical sparkel.

Create a lovely pair of earrings and learn a new stitch at the same time.

Sat. July 10th: "Brick Stitch Bracelet"
This is an easy stitch to learn and you will have a beautiful bracelet when you are done.

Sat. July 24th: "Peyote Shell Bracelet"
Another wonderful variation on the peyote stitch to create a one of a kind bracelet.
