Bernstein Chiropractic Clinic, L.L.C. (also known as Bernstein Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage) is located in North St. Louis County, close to Lambert Airport and Northwest Plaza. We have been at the corner of St. Charles Rock Road and Ashby Road since 1992.
The majority of people with back, neck or headache pain are usually experiencing muscle-spasm or tightness related to joint dysfunction, sometimes also occurring with nerve compression (pinched nerve) often causing numbness and tingling.
Chiropractic is the key to relieving their discomfort. Mobilizing and aligning the skeletal structures using gentle chiropractic procedures is one way of accomplishing this relief.
Total health is important at Bernstein Chiropractic; therefore, massage, physical therapies, stretching, nutrition, acupuncture and/or Chinese herbs may also be suggested as possible treatment options. These natural, non-invasive approaches often eliminate the need for drugs and/or surgery.
