Hani Qasem watched the workers at Valley Industries in Hazelwood. With a smile, he lifted his cell phone to his eyes, aimed carefully and took a photograph.
For a few minutes, he looked like a typical tourist. However, he wasn't in St. Louis on vacation. He and two colleagues were on a learning mission.
