Our normal operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may fax orders to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or speak to a customer service representative during normal business hours. In the case of faxed orders, we will confirm that we received the fax within two business days.
