Former St. Louis Archbishop Raymond L. Burke becomes Cardinal

On Nov. 20 and 21, Pope Benedict XVI elevated 24 men, including His Excellency Archbishop Raymond L. Burke, archbishop emeritus of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, to the sacred College of Cardinals.
