Over 25 Years Land Surveying in St. Louis Metropolitan Area
The Massmann name has a very good reputation in local survey related industries. Since the original incorporation of Massmann Surveying & Engineering Co., Inc. in 1977, the Massmann name has been synonymous with quality and competitively priced land surveys in the St. Louis area. In 1992, Massmann Surveying & Engineering Co., Inc. joined forces with a local well-known engineering company. Bill Massmann stayed on, until early 2002, in order to manage the entire survey division operations in the St. Louis area.
In the spring of 2002, Massmann Surveying moved their new office in Clayton. As an independent company, we can focus more of our time and resources on what we do best - offering quality land surveying services at a competitive price, and since we are again independently owned, we are no longer in direct competition with engineering firms.
Our purchase of the Trimble ROBOTIC, TOTAL STATION 5600 SERIES has provided us with one of the best, most-productive measuring methods available and is ideal for a wide range of applications, allowing our survey crews to survey more productively than ever before.
Bottom line the capability to survey more productively enables us to offer our services more competitively.
