It is housed in a 6,000-sq. ft. state of the art facility and is located in West St. Louis County. KAH provides all veterinary services for companion animals. Services include laboratory testing, radiology, dentistry, ultrasound, anesthesia, anesthesia & surgery, laser surgery, endoscopic surgery, flexible gastrointestinal endoscopy, prescription diets and more. We have seven doctors and 20 plus paraprofessional staff to serve you.
F. W. Bendick B.S., D.V.M. founded the hospital in 1971 and is the Hospital Director. James K. Schuessler, D.V.M., Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, Certified in Companion Animal Medicine is a partner, Director of Medicine and specialist on staff. Our Associates are Denise Kilby D.V.M.., K. Hemler, D.V.M., Aarah. Craig, D.V.M., S. Hormuth B.S., D.V.M., and Sarah Hesse D.V.M.
