A Bit of Country K9 Kennel was opened in May of 2000. Cathie Lovell, the owner and operator, wanted to open a kennel where her guests would be treated as members of the family - where they arent just taken care of but really loved. A Bit of Country K9 Kennel is not a large kennel because Cathie takes care of her guests personally. There are no hired employees. With the kennel the size that it is, Cathie is able to bond with each guest and get to know their individual needs and personalities. Her kennel has a calm atmosphere wiith TV's, even a big screen TV, so she can play doggy movies and doggy shows for her guest. Cathie's goal at her kennel is to make sure that every guest feels as loved and comfortable as they do at home. It's also important to Cathie that the families of her guest can go on their vacation without worrying about their babies while their gone. A Bit of Country K9 Kennel has established a reputation for giving the highest quality care. We want you to "Expect the Best" for your faithful family member. Cathie and her husband Ken, and their four legged kids live next to the kennel to ensure the safety of her guests and provide 24 hour attention.
