His extensive education includes graduation from Wentworth Military Academy, receiving his Bachelor of Science in pre-med at the University of Arkansas and then his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, MO.

He is a graduate of the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for dental studies (LVI), a leader in cosmetic dentistry techniques and smile design. His studies there focused on neuromuscular dentistry, reconstruction and advanced cosmetics.
In his personal life, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with his wife, Eliana, and sons Garret, age 6 and Austin, age 22 who attends The University Of Missouri Columbia. Dr. Lewis' hobbies include fly fishing in Montana and he is an avid tennis player.
