The John Deere Interim Tier 4 Engines integrate many new technologies designed to meet the unique needs of off-highway equipment. These technologies include 4 valve cylinder heads, cooled exhaust gas recirculation, variable geometry tubrocharger, air-to-air aftercooling, high pressure fuel systems, and wet-type cylinder liners. The implementation of these systems allow for maximum output while meeting the stringent emission regulations.
