Biobelt Laboratories’ mission is to take the initiative for satisfying the needs of the environmental microbiology services marketand continue to reach more clients across the nation.
Our services include:

Indoor Air Quality (aerobiology): Evaluation of viable and non-viable air samples that contain bacteria and mold spores that need to be counted and identified to assess if a problem air situation is remediated or not. Or if a problem exists at all.
Food Microbiology: Routine or non-routine testing of all kinds of foods, food related products an other consumer goods to determine if potential human pathogens are present, in what numbers and of what type. If so what can be done to eliminate the source of contamination or assess customer risk.
Bioremediation Studies: Microbiological testing of soil and groundwater contaminated with petroleum products (hydrocarbons) to determine if indigenous bacteria are able to utilize the petroleum products as a carbon source (food) and therefore naturally clean up the contaminated area over time.
Product Validation and custom studies: Evaluation of consumer products that claim to have antimicrobial properties. These need to be tested against different microorganisms or different testing conditions so the client knows the extent of their products effectiveness or capabilities.
Contamination Consulting: Sanitation audits and consultation for industrial and commercial manufacturers of consumer products, when finished products are contaminated with microorganisms of unknown origin.
