Tickets I carry
A ticket broker is a person who sells tickets. Naturally, if a broker sells tickets for the same
price he/she buys them for, the business will fail. A broker may also list tickets on behalf
of resellers for a commission which is paid by the ticket reseller.
The tickets you purchase from us, through either goodseatsavailable.com or 241denver.com,
are all 100% guaranteed for the full amount of your purchase. We guarantee our tickets
through Ticket Direct, and if you ever receive tickets that are for a cancelled event, do not
arrive on time, or are for seats other than those you purchased (unless requested), we will
give you a 100% full refund including fees.
I carry tickets for all major professional and NCAA Sporting Events including, NBA,
MLB, NHL and NFL. I also carry tickets for many theater events across the nation, and
nearly all major concert events.

Fees and Shipping
I'll be the first to admit that I don't always understand why Ticket Brokers charge fees or
shipping charges to send an e-ticket, but it is the nature of the beast. I apologize if that
offends you, but I have no control over the fees I have to pay for my operating systems
and mailing expenses, so yes, there are fees which will run between $10 and $30 (can be
more depending on the size of the purchase) per purchase over and above the price of the
ticket. None of these fees go to me or my business. They are a cost of doing business.
