St. Margaret's Parish endeavors to celebrate the journey of life in Lee's Summit, Missouri according to the vision of the Church in the documents of Vatican Council II. We come together to rejoice that we have been called to be a People of God, empowered by Baptism to call God Our Father. We do not go to Church so much as to assemble in order to become church.
We strive to acknowledge before God the wonderful gift of life; and to assist everyone who graces us with their presence to realize their unique gifts. Through the sharing of these gifts we work for the growth of the Kingdom of God throughout the world and anticipate a miracle liken to that of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes.
