We know that a customer's worst fear is building their dream home from plans that were not properly designed. Our company strives to produce quality home plans that meet the needs and demands of today’s market. By listening to customers, we have been successful at not only producing an expansive collection of pre-designed stock home plans, but also producing home plans that have won local design competitions. Whether you are a builder of quality homes or a client searching for the perfect home plan, Viewpoint Design offers the opportunity for us to become your “one-stop design shop.”
Viewpoint Design has built a reputation on innovative home designs, detailed working drawings and quality professionalism. We have implemented exacting standards that all our plans must exhibit before they are approved as final. This translates into less stress for you and less "head-scratching" for your subcontractors and vendors. We can provide the perfect plan to suit your needs, or we can make the necessary modifications to tailor one to your specifications. Computer assisted design (CAD) enables us to make your changes quickly and economically, versus having to redraw your plan from scratch.
Search our database, or click on Catalog, and find the plan that best suits your tastes. You may find a plan you like, only you want a side- entry garage instead of a front-entry, or you wish the room dimensions were just a tad larger, or maybe you really wanted that spare half-bath on the main level a little closer to the hearth room; please let us know. We'll do our very best to accommodate the change! If you do not see the right plan, keep in mind that we have over 350 original plans in our library. This sampleing is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg for the quality and diversity of pre-designed stock plans that we have and plan to roll out in the months ahead. We are continuously adding new plans to our archives, so give us a call, stop by our office, or keep checking our website for the latest additions. And it may ease your mind to know that all of our pre-designed home plans have been built in the Greater Kansas City area at least once.
