KC Machine is a company dedicated to precision machine tool rebuilding, repair, and service.
We offer on site emergency repair as well as complete ground up machine rebuilding in our Excelsior Springs facility.
We offer efficient and reliable services to get your machines up and running quickly. We service all types of equipment including, mills, lathes, grinders, saws, drill presses, shears, press brakes, punch presses, gear boxes, and custom machines, CNC machines, as well as preventive maintenance programs for one machine or an entire plant. We also offer machine tool calibrations using a Renishaw Ballbar.
Many times, a quality machine that has been rebuilt can satisfy the requirements of your production at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Many older machines have good heavy castings that are not found on today's machines. A mechanical rebuild along with a control retrofit can provide the performance you need at significant cost savings. The level of rebuild is up to you. We can do everything from minor way scraping and refitting to complete remanufacture with new drives, motors, hydraulics, lubrication and controls.
