Our firm is located in the Platte County seat in historic Platte City. Although the firm has several areas of emphasis, it is a general practice. We provide a wide range of legal services to public entities, businesses, and private individuals. Our practice includes:

Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Healthcare Directives and Non-probate Transfers
Estate Administration and Probate, including Decedents Estates, Guardianship and Conservatorship Estates
Family Law, including Adoption, Dissolution of Marriage and Modification of Support or Custody
Public Law, including advice to public boards, condemnation, and zoning.

Traffic and Criminal Matters in both the Municipal Courts and State Courts of Missouri

MEMBERS OF THE FIRM
Mark Hubbard Mark was raised in Lathrop, Missouri. He received his B.A. from Westminster College and Law Degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Mark has been in practice since 1980 and served 3 years as Counsel for Secretary of State of Missouri Jim Kirkpatrick. Mark served five years active duty in the U.S. Navy, is a Vietnam Veteran, and retired from the Reserve after a total of 23 years of service. He is the author of two articles published in The Journal of the Missouri Bar dealing with corporate matters.
Lisa Rehard Lisa was raised in Wyoming and Montana. She received her B.A. (1984) and Law Degree (1987) from the University of Wyoming at Laramie. Lisa was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1987 and has practiced law in Platte City since then.
Mark and Lisa live in Platte City.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The office is open 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and other times by appointment. Please call 858-3007 for an appointment.
Our office is located across the street from the Platte County Government Complex and Courthouse in downtown Platte City.
