If you need an experienced, effective lawyer for a family law case, I can help. I handle divorce, custody, paternity, and child support cases in Jackson, Cass, Clay, and Platte Counties in Missouri. I have practiced 34 years. All of my work is in family law. I have represented several thousand family law clients, and conducted trials in hundreds of cases. I have been in private practice since 1983. Earlier I worked at Legal Aid and Public Defender offices for seven years.

I will handle your case as it needs to be handled. Some cases require a trial. Some don't. I strive to get cases settled if that's possible, but will be ready for a trial if that becomes necessary.
