We are a full-service asphalt maintenance company. Our manager, Jim Williamson, has been in the asphalt maintenance and grounds maintenance business since 1972. Jim became a Certified Grounds Manager in 1985 and combines his expertise to promote the best asphalt care possible while keeping a watchful eye on curb appeal.

We are located in Willow Springs Missouri . This year we expanded our service area to include a large radius from our newest location in Joplin, Missouri. We have references in Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas.
Professional asphalt care requires knowledge of the differences in asphalt production and application, maintenance techniques and a dedication to the work. We are the innovators and designers of the HOT-LAC processes (see surface renovation) which completely seal and hide extremely fractured and damaged areas such as "alligator" cracking.
