We've all heard all the buzzwords about how people do business, or at least claim to: "Personal service", "attention to detail, or "hands-on". My question is if there is any other way to run a successful business? Sure, Bond Roofing provides all of these, if we didn't we would not continue to grow as a business. What I want you to know is that if you contact us to discuss your roofing needs, you will not just have a conversation with the owner of the company, I will personally estimate (and more on that later) your project, manage, and ultimately inspect your project. Not to say our installers necessarily need that oversight, it's just the way that we ensure your peace of mind.
From the beginning, I'll sit down to discuss your questions and concerns, determine what your current or planned roofing system needs, and offer a proposal, if you so choose. And yes, it's a proposal, not an estimate, because the price you get is the price, not an estimate of one. Certainly, there are unknowns from time to time, but those will be addressed before any work is done and you will know what to expect. It seems communication has always been somewhat lacking in the construction and home improvement business. It's something we try to do very well. We'll communicate with you every step of the way, from the initial inspection, to the product selection, and through the scheduling and the final inspection.
