Mosaic Fusion Now Open
Lambert-St. Louis International Airport announces the opening of Mosaic Modern Fusion in the A Concourse. Mosaics original restaurant was founded in 2004 by Chef Claus Schmitz in downtown St. Louis. It has developed a loyal and fanatic following and has consistently earned best restaurant awards.
