Since our inception in 1982, Community Managers Associates, Inc., (CMA) has been first and foremost residential property managers. Every aspect of our organization has evolved from the foundation of providing a management team to assist you with your association matters.
CMA specializes in community management and all areas of concern for the Board of Directors. We manage a wide variety of select properties, several which share the same desires as your Association, and many that have been clients for numerous years. CMA believes that to understand what to do is knowledge, to be able to do it is skill, and to see that it gets completed is service. CMA values close and long-term relationships as we add value to the properties and to the lives of the people who live there through our care. Our business development efforts focus on building these relationships, one at a time. Our commitment is to be available to owners to assist them with their concerns, to orchestrate the affairs of the Association through proactive planning, and to communicate with the membership.
CMA has been located at the intersection of highways 141 and 40 since 1990 and plans to stay at this location for several more years. The office is fully automated with an after-hours answering service, voice mail phone system, e-mail, constant upgrades on computers and software, and friendly smiling faces. An experienced accounting department, and a highly skilled maintenance staff support our seasoned management teams.
CMA is a long-standing member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), and actively participates in Chapter and National programs. Our Managers have served on the Chapter Board along with committees at various times. The President of CMA is a Past-President of the Board.
