Fu Hok Studio is a martial arts school that teaches Hung Gar and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. It is the only traditional Hung Gar or Choy Li Fut school in Springfield, Missouri.
Our goal is to preserve an authentic form of kung fu and the traditions that surround it in a fun, safe and family-oriented environment. Read our School Philosophy.

In many forms of kung fu, the basic techniques are patterned after the movements of animals as they hunt or defend themselves. Hung Gar Kung Fu is dominated by tiger and crane styles, but like Choy Li Fut, incorporates snake, leopard, dragon and more.
