Can't believe how fast this year is going! As you come into the home stretch on 4th Quarter, some ideas to help you finish with a flourish and get ready for 2011!
1) Check your database/pile of leads and make follow-up calls to anyone who fell through the cracks or was sitting on the fence! They may have time now to talk, or left over budget money they would be able to spend.
3) Think about a "year-end special" that you can offer...an "inventory sale", a "buy one get one free", or a year end discount, to offer to your prospect database - First Time Buyers...OR as a thank you to your valued customers.
