M&L International, We have expanded our International Services and have become a Licensed Ocean Transport Intermediary (OTI) by the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) to be Both a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and an Ocean Freight Forwarder.
