The name change reflects Krantz Appraisal Firm's purchase of an IRR-Residential Franchise (www.irr-residential.com) for Central Missouri. As part of the IRR-Residential network, we have resources in over 50 markets in 18 states, with plans for 50 more franchises in 2009.
