WE SELL NEW AND USED PAPERBACKS
We accept books for credit according to the needs of our inventory. If we are overstocked at the time, you will be asked to try again at a later date.* Of the books accepted, you will be given 20% of the cover price as a credit to be used in the store towards the purchase of new or used books. With book credit you receive 60% off used books and 50% off new books.
The first half of any purchase must be cash.
Without book credit,
NEW BOOKS sell for their cover price.
USED BOOKS sell for 40% of their cover price. For your convenience, price charts are posted on the walls.
CASH Only books are priced with a yellow sticker and have already been discounted. Book credit cannot be used.
OUR RENTAL CLUB offers an opportunity to read the latest hardbacks published. There is a $3.00 fee to join the club. For example, a book kept for five days (the first and last day are free), would only be $2.50. Please see the posted chart for current charges per book. Book credit cannot br used for rental charges.
* As a courtesy to our cutomers and to the environment, we will collect books that you no longer want, and we cannot use. No book credit will be issued for the books. Those books will be donated to various charitable organizations. The others will be disposed of properly.
