Our family owned practice has a passion for beautiful smiles! We offer many dental services, as well as cosmetic services, such as whitening, bonding, porcelain veneers and crowns, dentures, root canals, tooth extractions, and laser dentistry. About Young Dentistry
Stephen R. Young, DDS, PC, went to undergrad at the University of Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska Dental School in 1974. He started a private practice in Springfield, Missouri that same year. He completed all four continuums at the L.D Panky Institute (advanced post graduate) in 1979. He went on to study under some of the most gifted dentists in the country such as Pete Dawson, Gordon Christenson, David Hornbrook, etc. He completed the Pac-Live series on cosmetic dentistry in 2000. Today he loves to concentrate on esthetics and how to improve a patients smile and self worth. Dr. Young is also a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater Springfield Dental Society, and Academy of Laser Dentistry. He now practices with his daughter.
Sara M. Young, DDS, graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. In May 2007, she graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School and is currently involved in the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and Greater Springfield Dental Society.
