In an effort to better serve our clients, we now have online ordering. No more faxes or phones calls necessary, take care of it all online. Fax and phone orders are still welcome!
Each appraiser has an individual e-mail address and voice-mail at the office so you can contact them individually either online if you prefer to e-mail or voice message which alerts the appraiser’s cell phone so they can return your call as soon as possible.
We have added the capability to charge appraisals to Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. We still continue to accept cash or check also.
We have been pleased to serve Franklin County and surrounding counties for over twenty years and look forward to many, many more years of continued service for our loyal clients.
(If your company has not established a payment history with our company, we do expect payment prior to or at the time of the site observation either by the lender, lender’s company or the home owner.)
