Serving Southeast Missouri
Attorneys can keep their court appearances knowing they have good service on the defendants in their case. This saves time and travel for the attorney because he or she will know before the docket is called that they have the proper service on the defendants. After service of subpoena, summons, garnishment or other writ, we make a return on same and fax a copy of the writ to the attorney(client) for this case file. We return the original directly to the court for the court file.
About Ferrell Court Services
Retired Sheriff Bill Ferrell and Captain Brenda Schiwitz have 28 years of experience in law enforcement. We started our own private process and court services business in January, 2005. Both are highly trained and experienced in interviewing children and adults.
Clients include attorneys nationwide—St. Louis to Hollywood, and every where in between.
