We accept a variety of formats to include:
Clients can call into our system from any land line or cellular phone and
dictate at their convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Dictation
files are recorded on our digital voice system and stored "password
protected." Only our transcribers are permitted access for file retrieval from
our system support equipment. We also accept digital voice files via
Internet email. These files can be created using most of the portable
hand-held devices on the market that are capable of downloading to a
computer in a standard wav or mp3 format. Clients can also submit
standard audio cassettes, CD's, and Microcassettes, even old documents
that need to be converted to modern-day, standard office documets.
