Nestled in 300 wooded acres on the eastern edge of historic Excelsior Springs,Lake Doniphan Conference & Retreat Center offers your group the finest setting for business seminars, staff trainings,  family reunions, planning retreats, and church conferences. 

The mission of Lake Doniphan is to provide a peaceful, safe environment of natural and sacred beauty where persons from all walks of life come to seek refuge and reconciliation, to find renewal and inner peace of mind and spirit, to explore virtues and enrich the quality of life's activities, and to deepen personal relationships with their Creator and with those with whom they share this journey through life.

Lake Doniphan's sleeping accommodations include the 34 motel-style bedrooms of the Main Lodge, the 16 dorm-style rooms in the Mini Lodges, 19 rustic cabins and 20 RV spaces.   Facilities include ten lakeside meeting rooms, additional outdoor gathering areas, and complimentary use of our audio-visual equipment.  The Lake Doniphan kitchen provides full food service in our dining room, including the 24-hour beverage bar.   Recreational options include volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, softball, paddleboating and canoeing, fishing, and swimming.  We are next door to the 18-hole Excelsior Springs Golf Course.
