As always, the staff was wonderful, friendly and informative. A couple of minor items: When I got my car back, there was oil on the center console. And my "change oil" light was not reset.

As usual, I received good service at Al's. I was only in for my annual state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The service person found that a screw was embedded in one of my tires. He removed the screw and plugged the tire for me, likely preventing a future on-the-road problem. Also, I want to mention that I appreciate the availability of Wi-Fi, which I use while waiting for my vehicle to be ready.

Friendly, prompt, and accommodating as always. Nice to go some place to have work done on my car where the folks there know me, know my name and know my car. You guys make doing car repairs fun, if that is possible! Thanks!
