-- Settled a tractor trailer collision claim in excess of $800,000 against a company and driver carrying a load in excess of maximum weight limitations. Two sisters shared in the proceeds for the cause of action that happened in the County of St. Charles, Missouri.
-- Settled a products liability claim against a St. Louis construction company for $475,000 in favor of a young man who suffered a partial foot amputation after a weld failed and a steel beam landed on his foot.
