Our Commitment The Chapel of Love and Light was founded in 1990 to promote spiritual growth and provide wedding services to anyone who wants to be married. Although spiritual counceling is offered, it is not required. Our services include providing an officiant, photographer, and/or videographer at the location of your choice. Location If you choose, you can be married at the Wellness Center, located at 1600 Boones Lick Road in St. Charles. This location can accommodate only about a dozen guests. The setting is pleasant and a nice alternative to a being married at the court house. Call us at 636-947-8242.
