When bytes for a bit began in 1993, our focus was targeted on computer sales and repair. As time and technology matured, the needs of our clients accelerated our growth.
Our technicians are constantly trained on the latest and greatest technology. We stand behind our slogan, "we make it work."
Our purpose is to serve the needs of the computer user and provide assistance to the small office that cannot afford a full-time technician.
We believe in customer SERVICE and want EVERY customer to feel like he is number ONE.
Call us from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - We don't charge extra for weekend or after hour calls!
We offer ON-SITE service. You won't have to remember where to plug everything in when the job is done! We'll come to you and we will make sure it works before we leave! Our rates are $75 for the first half-hour; and after the first half-hour, $80 per hour, but we bill in 30 minutes increments so you don't have to pay for a full hour if we're only there for part of it!
If you want us to just pick it up and go to work on it at our office, we charge a pick-up and delivery fee of $50 (payable at pick-up). We won't bill you any more than that until we explain to you what is wrong, what it needs, and what it will cost to fix. Then, once the repairs are complete, we'll bring it back and make sure everything is connected and working properly before we leave!
