Get your kids addicted to moving! With the increase in childhood diabetes and adolescent obesity on the rise, it is our duty to encourage physical fitness on a daily basis with our children. Join the staff at Rondas Dance*Tumble*Cheer Center, in exploring movement as a necessary part of your childrens life with our new program Kids Fitness and Play Day! Its no secret that kids of all ages love to move. This program explores the essence of movement and rhythm, presenting activities in an imaginative, age-appropriate manner. Enrolling now for ages 2-5, starts Tuesday, November 2nd.

"Two Blue Springs gymnasts are ranked #1 in the country in their age group, but they don't compete in the kind of gymnastics you see at the Olympic Games. They've won two national titles in something called "Acrobatic Gymnastics."

Kennedy Swanson and Mariah Cockshell placed 6th in the world for 11-16 Women's Pair at the World Age Group Competition this week in Wrlocaw, Poland. They competed against 26 other pairs in the 11-16 Women's Pair group among 13 other countries. They did an awesome job.

Ronda's Dance*Tumble*Cheer Center traveled to Kissimmee, Florida to participate in the 2010 USA Acrobatic Gymnastics National competition. After the competition, Dance Explosion participated in the Walt Disney Magic Days by performing on the Downtown Disney Boardwalk.
Congratulations to the entire team on your accomplishments at the 2010 Acro Gymnastics Championships! The team took:

Mallory Henthorn, Megan Muehlberger & Savannah Shields traveled toVelikij Novgorod, Russia to participate in the Volkov Cup. The senior elite women's trio competed May 8-10, 2010. The trio was amazing! They were on the floor with the Best of the Best! The Volkov Cup is second only to World Championships!
Congratulations to Mallory, Megan & Savannah on a job well done and bringing home the Bronze medal for Team USA!
