BTC Bank has decided to OPT–OUT of the FDIC´s transaction account guarantee program. Deposit balances held in non–interest bearing transaction accounts that are in excess of the standard maximum deposit insurance amount of $250,000.00 will no longer be guaranteed under the transaction account guarantee program after June 30, 2010.
