Roger G. Brown & Associates is a law firm located in the center of the State of Missouri, in Jefferson City, the state Capital. The firm was established in 1987. Our areas of interest include wrongful death, employment discrimination including sexual harassment and sex discrimination, insurance bad faith, insurance class actions, general personal injury including automobile injury and death cases, products liability, railroad crossing crashes, medical negligence and premise liability claims.
We also have experience in over ten major class actions as lead counsel and in many others as co-counsel. We litigate both in Missouri and throughout the nation.

Who We Are
Roger G. Brown & Associates represents both injury victims and victims of insurance company misconduct. Roger Brown, who established the firm in 1987, devotes his practice to products liability, medical negligence, general personal injury, wrongful death (including automobile accidents and vehicle-train collisions), sex discrimination and sexual harassment, workers compensation and estate planning. A graduate of the University of Missouri and Gonzaga University School of Law, Mr. Brown has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer and is certified in civil trial practice by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
