Central States Bus Sales, Inc., has been a school and commercial bus distributor for over 34 years, providing thousands of new and used buses to our many satisfied customers. Our Mission is to PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS THAT ENRICH THE LIVES OF PEOPLE. We never forget that though we may be a provider of equipment, it is the people who are ultimately served by the buses we provide who are our final customers and whose needs must be satisfied.
Central States Bus Sales, Inc., is the Blue Bird school bus distributor for the states of Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. We also represent commercial bus manufacturers such as ElDorado, Champion, Goshen, General Coach, Braun, and ABC Companies in these states. To properly support the equipment we provide, full-service parts warehouses, chassis and body repair capabilities, and sales support have been established in our four facilities located in Fenton (St. Louis County), Missouri; Big Rock (Chicagoland), Illinois; Lebanon (Nashville area), Tennessee; and North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Being Blue Bird's largest distributor and one of the nation's largest dealers means nothing if it doesn't translate into benefits to our customers. In the case of Central States, our size means four full-service facilities, a huge parts inventory, a large inventory of New, Lease/Return, and Used School and Commercial Buses available for quick delivery, a customer service department that specializes in solving bus-related issues, and a staff of over 75 people who work diligently to satisfy our customers' needs. In the case of Central States, size does matter!
Central States maintains a huge inventory of bus parts and related accessories, and our team of bus parts experts ensures our customers get the right parts the first time. Those two key advantages enable us to consistently maintain a 95% fill rate for the parts we supply. For our customers, that means there is a very high probability they will get the right parts quickly, which means their buses will soon be back on the road safely transporting passengers.
We call ourselves The Bus Experts because we have invested in our people, systems, and processes to give our customers the best possible service.
