Avidly involved in the residential building industry since 1965, Randy Mayer established his custom home building firm in 1980. Since the firm's inception each home built continues to be unique, beginning as a compilation of ideas on a blank page, produced only once , then its working drawing retired. Therefore each floor plan, elevation, and list of features is unique to the needs of each client. Through a team design-build approach Randy Mayer, with the assistance of specially selected architects and designers, develops one of a kind custom homes, which reflects the tastes, desires, and requirements of each individual client.

Randy Mayer has achieved wide acclaim as a premier custom homebuilder in the St. Louis area with homes featured in local publications such as Ladue News and Folio, as well as in National magazines, including Professional Builder Magazine and Estates Internationale Magazine. In acknowledgement of his attention to detail and insistence on the highest quality craftsmanship, Randy continues to receive numerous honors including Homer Awards from the Home Builders Guild and Obelisk Awards from the Certified Builders Guild of which he is a founding member and past President.
